Greenredeem - a free to join rewards scheme

South West Water have partnered with Greenredeem to reward people for using less water. Members of the Exeter BID are now being invited to take part in the scheme, which is being launched in July 2017,  to benefit from additional customer footfall & spend.

Initially, a select group of households in the Stoke Hill area will be invited to join the scheme. Using water meter data, customers household consumption is compared to historical averages, and if the amount of water used is less than the average, customers will receive Greenredeem points.

Householders received 1 Greenredeem point for every 10 litres saved and it’s forecast that in a year, customers could earn up to 5,000 Greenredeem points. Points are exchanged on the Greenredeem website for personal rewards, donated to good causes, or used to enter a monthly prize draw to win TVs, tablets or Apple watches.

Members are also engaged to learn about water efficiency through Greenredeem’s Learn & Earn platform. Members can make a pledge, take a quiz, or watch a piece of short film content to further build their knowledge about how to use water wisely.

The scheme launches in July, but Greenredeem are recruiting reward partners now for the scheme. If you’re interested in taking part, then why not contact Aylin from Greenredeem to find out more? There’s no cost to join, Greenredeem will promote your business on their website – all you need to do is honour the reward that a member brings into store.
