Joint Procurement Scheme

Exeter BID wants to help businesses thrive, regardless of their size or of the services and products they provide.

The collective buying power of over 600 businesses in the BID area is the framework of the Joint Procurement Scheme, which essentially is a joint procurement project whereby businesses join forces with each other to receive the best deals available for services such as energy and telecoms.

The Exeter BID is working in partnership with Meercat Associates to offer levy-payers financial benefits at no additional cost to businesses.

Meercat Associates will take care of the whole process for you, including:

  • reviewing the services you receive currently
  • finding the most appropriate service at the best price
  • managing all your contracts when they are up for renewal
  • switching you to the best deal

All that’s needed to start the process is a confidential meeting where you present a copy of your recent utility bills.

You will be kept up-to-date throughout the whole process and should receive an outcome in just a few weeks.
