Sponsorship Opportunities

Exeter BID can provide businesses with many sponsorship opportunities linked to the In Exeter brand, including our own events and those from selected partners. These opportunities are available to businesses within and outside of the Exeter BID area.

During 2017 the BID will host and finance numerous events which are held to promote the diversity of our members and to increase visitor numbers into the City.

Arts Week Exeter 13-21 May 2017

An overview of AWE 2017

Art Week Exeter will be a nine-day festival of visual art, in and around Exeter during May 2017. AWE is an ‘umbrella’ event that will include showcasing and collaborating with established arts venues (RAMM, Exeter Phoenix, Exeter Cathedral, etc.), individual artists, non-art spaces, and commercial partners.

The aims of AWE 2017

  • To promote visual arts activity in Exeter
  • To improve the scope and depth of the activity of the cultural sector of the city of Exeter, growing its reputation as a destination for high quality arts engagement
  • To improve the cultural offer of the city of Exeter for the benefit of its citizens and visitors
  • To encourage communication, coordination and cooperation across the cultural sector in the city.
